Aquatics
The YMCA is proud to offer progressive swim lessons and team opportunities for all ages! Participants are able to advance through clearly defined levels of swim while focusing on skills relative to their own accomplishments. The YMCA aquatics program also stresses personal safety, personal growth and rescue skills.

Baby & Me : 6 months – 2 years
Parents engage with their little one in the water to help them become accumulated in the aquatic environment. Our instructors will help guide parents with songs and hands on movements in the water!
